Our chiropractors are dedicated professional with years of experience in helping our patients achieve optimal health. Your first visit to a chiropractor is simple and focused on understanding your body. It usually begins with a review of your symptoms, lifestyle, and medical history. Additionally, they will check your past and current medications or treatments. This is followed by a chiropractic examination including orthopedic, neurological, posture and gait, range of motion and weight distribution test. If your condition requires deeper investigation, an X-ray be recommended. This examination also help to find out whether your condition needs chiropractic intervention or not.
Once everything is assessed, our chiropractor will explain what’s causing your problem and outline a personalized plan for your recovery. If it’s safe to do so, you’ll get your first chiropractic adjustment on the same day. This involves gentle spinal corrections and muscle work. Before you leave, you’ll also get basic home advice like stretching tips, heat/ice guidance, and what activities to avoid.
